Our Brunswick ribbon is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general office administrative duties as described below.

The Administrative Assistant will work in the office Monday through Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm. This role is a permanent, full-time position.



  • Provide general office support including answering phones and assisting walk-in customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude with customers and employees
  • Act as a point of contact between the sales team and call in customers
  • Help Sales and Service Teams with inputting of work orders, as well as collections
  • Filing, data entry, supply management, and order entry
  • Keep documentation organized
  • Other duties, as assigned

Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Outstanding customer service and communication
  • Strong organization
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality protocols
  • Efficient computer skills; Willingness to learn products, systems, and processes
  • Must be able to operate a multi-line telephone system
  • Must be able to receive directions and execute tasks accordingly
  • Must be able to pass a standard drug test
